Cancellations and transfers
A deposit is required at time of booking worth 20% of the total treatment cost. All deposits are non-refundable, You are able to re-book your appointment within 6 months from the existing booking date for this to be transferable –
This must be done with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of your existing booking.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment with immediate effect as a result of abusive behaviour towards staff, any deposits will remain non-refundable.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. All clients are required to fill in a consultation form before proceeding with your treatment. Patch testing is required for clients who have never had an eyelash tinting.
Parking and congestion charge’s
It is the customers duty to advise parking locations and cost, Parking and congestion zones are to be paid by the customer
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
